The West Virginia Board of Treasury Investments was created as a public body corporate and established to provide prudent investment management for the State’s short term operating funds.  The Board consists of five members.  The Governor, State Treasurer, and State Auditor serve by virtue of their offices.  The State Treasurer is Chairman of the Board.  Two additional members are appointed by the Governor.  All board members boast an impressive resume in state government and financial administration.
